How can “tens of thousands” of votes be labeled Blank Ballots in the Presidential 2020 Election? This IS the “smoking gun” needed to ban electronic vote counting machines!

How can “tens of thousands” of votes be labeled Blank Ballots? Especially when the machines are to notify the voter and offer choices. (See Below). This is the “Achillies Heel” or “Smoking Gun” of the argument to trust the voting machine results. How can we trust our vote is accurately counted when it may be recorded as a Blank Ballot?

Here are facts of Blanks Ballots as reported on form EL45A from the official 2020 General Elections for Lee County, FL…there were 22,661 Blank Ballots; Broward Co, FL…56,915 Blank Ballots; Orange Co, FL… 22,719 Blank Ballots; Montgomery Co, MD… 41,680 Blank Ballots; Baltimore Co, MD… 26,845 Blank Ballots; Maricopa Co, AZ will not disclose. Most States will not disclose the line item for Blank Ballots on form EL 45A.

This is Proof Positive the machine results cannot be trusted. You don’t know if your vote was accurately counted by the machine or was it recorded as a Blank Ballot. Furthermore, attempts to inspect original ballots to determine how many were actually blank were blocked by the machine companies; and, the States refused public inspection of the ballots.

A higher form of government such as Congress or the US Supreme Court needs to Mandate the States STOP the use of electronic vote counting machines in our National Elections to ensure that each US Citizen’s vote is accurately counted as provided for in the US Constitution.

Note: Fraud is not acceptable in our governing laws.

Blank Ballots
The DS200 precinct tabulator is coded to detect and notify the voter when it encounters a blank ballot. The display will indicate that the ballot has no selections and will offer the voter two choices, Return or Cast Blank Ballot.

If it is the voter’s intent to cast a blank ballot, they would select

Cast Blank Ballot.

If it was not the voter’s intent to cast a blank ballot, they would select Return. The ballot will be returned to the voter uncounted, and the voter can then mark their choices and re-feed the ballot.

Mr. Putnam,
We have received your request for information related to a public records
request that your Jurisdiction has received for access to ES&S's
DS200/DS850 and ExpressVote Manuals (hereinafter "Materials"). ES&S
would request that the Materials be withheld from disclosure for the reasons
outlined below.
The Materials contain proprietary, confidential, and trade secret information
which derives potential independent economic value. The information is not
readily ascertainable by proper means by competitors who could obtain
economic value from its disclosure and is subject of reasonable efforts to
maintain its secrecy. Thus, the documents should be exempt from disclosure
under Fl. Stat. §815.045 and §119.0715.
In addition, the Materials should be protected from disclosure as the Materials
contain sensitive information that, if publicized, could provide a roadmap to
bad actors to attempt to compromise our systems. The disclosure of the
response could create a security risk to ES&S and to the Jurisdiction.
Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §5195c(e), the United States Department of Homeland
Security has designated election systems as part of the United States' critical
infrastructure, and the disclosure of the information would create a security
risk to the critical infrastructure. As such, the manuals should be protected
from disclosure under Fl. Stat. §282.318 and §119.0725.
I would additionally refer you and your counsel to our current contract with the
Jurisdiction. The Materials are part of the Documentation, which is licensed to
the Jurisdiction. Our terms specifically state that a customer shall not cause
any action with respect to the ES&S Documentation that would "cause or
permit any use, display, loan, publication, transfer of possession, sublicensing
or other dissemination of the ES&S Software or Documentation, in whole or in
part, to any third party without ES&S's prior written consent."
ES&S would request that ES&S's proprietary, confidential, and trade secret
Materials be withheld from disclosure not only to protect the proprietary,
confidential, and trade secret nature of the documents, but also to protect the
Jurisdiction's critical infrastructure.

The Logic and Accuracy Test Deceives the Voter into Thinking their Vote Will Be Counted as Marked. The Government Election Assistance Commission requires a Logic and Accuracy Test (L&A testing) to ensure the election and voting equipment function as expected and accurately count votes as marked.

This test is only valid for one day during the testing. The test verifies the
machines behave one way on a Monday but can behave differently on a
Tuesday. The software in the voting machine can be changed at any moment without anyone catching the change. The voter is mistakenly led to believe this test secures our vote.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Addresses Blank Ballot Adjudication Concerns, Demands Release of Machine Audit Logs

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has recently taken significant action by demanding the release of machine audit logs, aiming to address the growing concerns over the adjudication of 'blank ballots' in the state's elections, Creative Destruction Media (CDM) reported.

The request follows numerous open records requests across the nation, which have unearthed potential evidence of widespread election fraud.

The controversy centers on the practice of designating a large number of ballots as 'blank' by electronic voting systems and subsequently adjudicating them via software—a process that could alter votes,

A notable example occurred in Broward County, FL, during the 2020 elections, where up to 20% of ballots in some precincts were marked 'blank.'

When presented with this information in massive nationwide 'open records' requests to obtain the 'audit logs' of election machines, many jurisdictions refused to provide the data, possibly knowing the fraud would be revealed.

The issue was so feared by the suspected election fraud cartel in Florida that the legislature actually passed a law to prevent access to these reports, cynically called an 'election integrity bill'.

In the last several months, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was made aware of the issue and has recently issued a letter requiring the logs to be released in Texas.

Paxton has also been made aware of the nationwide 'Act Blue' money laundering smurf operation where mainly elderly citizens have had their identities stolen and thousands of campaign contributions made in their name.

Ireland... On Apr 23 2009, the Minister for the Environment announced that the electronic voting system was to be scrapped due to cost, the public's dissatisfaction with the current system, and security concerns.
Argentina...2023 abandoned electronic voting machines in favor of paper
ballots for all positions. It followed an admonishment from a federal judge due to the significant delay's voters experienced during the primary elections caused by technical issues with electronic voting machines.

You do not know if your vote was accurately counted because the machine gets its instruction from a thumb drive like this,

programmed by private companies who make the system that refuse to disclose their software and system components for public evaluation.

This thumb drive could be programmed to change votes such as count 1.5 votes for candidate A and 0.5 votes for candidate B. We will never know because the programming cannot be audited for vote accuracy. We need to demand the Right to inspect the programming or compare original ballot results to the machine results.

We the People have a Right to know if our Vote was accurately counted.
